Yes, this is an actual home for sale in Chelsea for an asking price of $1.75 million. It's incredibly impressive with amazing steampunk details. However, for me, the idea of living in a steampunk haven in the middle of NYC is just a bit too . . . bonkers. Besides, steampunk scares me-- way too many cogs and gears and sharp corners I could bump into or destroy. What about you? Brilliant or Bonkers?
